Who we are
TTowers.my ("we") is an independent informational website about visiting the Petronas Twin Towers and Kuala Lumpur. This is an independent visitor guide. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Petronas or Suria KLCC. Information may change — always verify with official sources before visiting. For privacy questions, contact contact@ttowers.my.
What data we collect
- Contact messages: the name, email, topic and message you choose to send us.
- Consent preferences: your cookie choice, stored in your browser's local storage under the key
ttowers_cookie_consent_v1. It stays on your device. - Technical data: our hosting provider may log IP addresses and browser information for security and operation.
- Optional analytics: no analytics service is active at present. If one is added, it will only run with your consent.
How we use data
We use contact details solely to reply to you. We do not sell personal data. Technical logs help keep the site secure.
Legal bases
Where data protection laws such as Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act or the GDPR apply, we rely on your consent (optional cookies, contact form), our legitimate interests (site security and operation) and legal obligations where relevant.
Third parties
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash's content delivery network. These services receive your IP address when delivering content, under their own privacy policies. Our hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf.
Retention
We keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond and handle any follow-up, then delete them. Consent preferences remain in your browser until you clear them or change them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do.
